Piyo Challenge - Day 36

Got up early today and had my usual water. ..I also had a quest vanilla almond bar.  Then got started on work for school and trying to raise money to go on my trip.  I wish people weren't so damn flaky.  Oh well.  I guess I should have had a back up plan. 

After I got my reading half done and made a salad with two eggs,  red bell pepper,  two roma tomatoes and lemon.  Was really good.

I ended up having someone come over and buy my microwave and bed frames... Amy bit of money counts.  Sure wish I could put Punkin on the street. .Lil whore.  Haha.

After that I got to piyo Drench.  I swear that workout doesn't get easy.  It's hard.  I video taped myself like I like to in order to see progression.  But that workout does not make a wide hipped girl look good.  It's so unflattering and the moves you do sure create a roll when you squat.  But oh well.  I'm proud of me... have to love me, right! ?. I drip in sweat every time and it isn't easier. I just learn the moves better and get stronger.  That's always a plus.  I'm changing in so many ways but I believe I'm lacking protein.  My intake isn't where it should be so I'll be adding more to my eating in hopes of it heeling my strength and weight loss. That's the plan at least. Still in love with this program. 

After my workout I had my shakeology and protein.  Then later we started making dinner.  Had spaghetti.  I haven't had that in so long.  With wheat noodles.. so good. Marc insisted on garlic bread since it wasn't so bad for us and I didn't have carbs today. .. so I caved and enjoyed it.  Who doesn't love garlic bread! :) By the way.  This water is so weird.  Nothing in it,  trays just like water but the flavoring is almost like a smell inside your mouth and am after effect.  So good.  It's just odd.

We watched some tv and now I'm just about to go to sleep as he is. Goodnight.
