PiYo Challenge - Day 26 / 3-Day Refresh - Day 3


Well, I got up and got started....water...Shakeology chocolate with half a banana...It was good..I forgot to post that I had the a fiber sweep yesterday too just like I did today...bleh...you dont even want to see the photo of that!


 After those I got to dying my hair again...the blonde is nearly gone and I needed a touch up....plus a bit more cause I think last time it just looked like I had a mohawk! haha.



Had my Vanilla Refresh and did some coaching...woot woot...Also enjoyed some green beans and hummus!



Results are in!!!
I love it! Only think is that it really gave me dark and light highlights that I didnt expect...also like the older blonde is a bit dark...and new is lighter...its weird...I like it though....my best dye jobs are the ones that screw up a bit...yes!



Now that I got that done it was time for PiYo Drench since I moved it from yesterday to today...first day I did that because my timing was just off...with watching tv with Marc and enjoying down time from homework...I got caught up in the moment. Was super fun though...haha. I killed it and it nearly killed me. I think at one point once we switched legs I couldn't hold my arms up...not sure if it was from the 3 Day Refresh or just being tired...but I rested my arms a second...Still burned 570 Calories in 48 minutes without leaving the floor and I was in deed DRENCHED! I was sweating into my eyes 10 minutes in...like doing the Insanity warm up...this was crazy! I couldnt believe it! I love this program! You do NOT have to kill yourself to burn it off and get a great workout!

These were are the end! And below is my tricep....hard to get a good photo of it...but this is ONLY from PIYO...no lifting weights...none of that...just piyo. wow!


Lunch was a salad with avocado and tomato with lemon juice.


Dinner was the same as last night cause I loved it and I later had my Vanilla Fresh as I forgot it...but here you can see I had my tea again..



Marc and I went on a movie date night...was an exceptional movie. The Gardians of the Galaxy! 
Marc showed me this awesome app called Camara 360 and I was playing around with it...I cant decide which one I like most...thought I would put them here! Decisions, Decisions!










This is actually the color I want my hair..








This also goes for apps...lol. I get addicted too easy. haha... Thats about it for today...enjoy!

Well, I ended up going on my trip for my residency and though I posted one day I did not post the rest. I did however workout one day in that trip because I was so busy with school work after the school day that time to workout was just not there. When I got back, I tried to get back into piyo and found that the week off from doing it killed me. I felt weak again and found myself discouraged. I had lost my motivation...and so did Marc. He was eating bad the entire time I was gone and I have to admit...there was dessert there that I ate...and I NEVER eat sweets...but I did. I paid for the meals there and at $1200 for a week...I was gonna get my monies worth. I found this interesting the other day... So, this is what has been going on. I got back....completed piyo...even though I did NOT feel good about it and felt I screwed that up....then decided to do ChaLEAN Extreme with Piyo...I loved it but I needed more cardio after piyo was done...so CLX and Insanity...okay good

Piyo Challenge - Day 40

Woke up super early. I was freezing. But got going after some coffee. Today we had opening session and went to our groups.  Practiced counseling skills in groups of three and talked about it in class.  The class was only 18 people but a few were supposed to be in other classes so it's really less. Breakfast was nice and simple.  Buffet or made to order omelet.  I opted for simple. Eggs,  turkey sausage and bacon with coffee.  Lunch was good.  Not sure if you saw photos.  We had two breaks to where they kept trying to give us junk. We already got snacks from them. After class we had professional development with everyone.  There's 3 main groups of people.  One for each time people have been here.  But we were all together in professional development.  Went over degrees,  licenses and what we will be talking about this week. Then you had the option to stay and talk about licensing research etc and talk to licensing faculty.  I stayed for that.  Then after got two free drinks and

Piyo Challenge - Day 39

Well now.  Today started off rocky because i got up layer than I wanted due to not getting into mnds till late. So,  got to the airport with 20 minutes left till boarding.  God I was irritated. Late as usual. Figures. Tried to check in online but it wouldn't let me.  Got there and the lady helping me said I'd have to get another flight. .. WHAT! ? She walked off and doesn't care about my problem.  Ok.  Thanks for helping.  I asked another lady and got sent to special services.  Sweet lady helped me... found another flight going out in an hour but I'd be going to New York first then North Carolina.. Ok fine no problem cause that change wouldn't cost me more money. Good.  Excellent!  Flight went well.  The older asian lady beside me was listening to Beethoven alms something else. Was really nice to hear whole I read my Go Pro book.... which I finished. Got into La Gauardia with an hour layover.  Bar right there as soon as you exit the plane. Ha.  So fancy.  Ipads eve
