PiYo Challenge - Day 18

Woke up late today about 10...I just couldn't sleep last night due to someone stealing the covers. It's been a long day. I did get up and go check my mail at my old house but my packages are of course gone...that was fun. Before I left I had some coffee and a Kind Bar. Once I got back I kept trying to work on my homework but nothing was coming through my head to get it done....So, I had lunch...some sea salt pita chips and a turkey burger with avocado and onion on a sandwich round...needs the protein!!! lol Later, I made a smoothie that didnt turn out like I planned...boo....was mango, pineapple, OJ and half a scoop of vanilla Shakeology with half a scoop of 100% Whey Protein. It was too sweet and I only drank half of it. After my non-drank smoothie I did Piyo - Upper Body & Lower Body. It was a good workout...double day...After I showered and then tried again so desperately to do my homework but nothing was happening again in my brain. I did however find

I did it again!!!!!! YES! I got up at 8am and was a good girl!!!! Ready to tackle the day...as so I did! Got straight on some inspiring and motivating.....on to working on homework...woot woot! Seriously, with what other job can you love to spend your day helping people recognize their own value, learn to love who they are and believe in theirselves? I don't know any other job that allows you to do that without all the paperwork of counseling...but its ok...I'm a counselor AND a beachbody coach!!! I love it!   Annnnnywho, today I had some yogurt for breakfast..along with two hard boiled eggs...Oh yeah and coffee...I needed the coffee....but I must say, I don't enjoy it like I use to. It doesn't taste the same but it does what it's suppose to do before I lose my wording and my mind. haha.  Did I ever tell you how much Shadow loves yogurt...I swear he can tell from a mile away!!! PiYo Challenge - Day 16

  I was super proud of myself I woke up at 8am!!! Wowza! Go me! Did you know that it takes 5-10 seconds for your mind to get lazy and come up with any excuse not to do something you want to do? YEP! 10 SECONDS! And if you read my blog you know that I say this a lot! So, think about what you have put aside because you had an excuse in your mind that SHUT THAT SHIT DOWN!? My suggestion...STOP IT! For the love of GOD, stop it!!! Make the decision TODAY that you will not allow excuses to be a big part of you who are and why you aren't moving forward in decisions in your life!!! For me...I want to be happy and help others be happy...couldn't ask for more! Helping others find happiness makes me happy. For me, I sleep in till 10 or 11 which takes a whole day away form me of doing school work...that isn't flying for me at all and I can NOT allow it to continue to happen...so, when my alarm went off this morning (one of four...sad but true) I opened my eyes, didn't want

PiYo Challenge - Day 15

I woke up late again today. Just not able to wake up with three alarms...not sure what me problem is..but I was so happy with my bed today. I got up though and had to take my medicine immediately...then I had a Kind bar...Got started on my homework. Sad thing is...I got nothing done today...I feel like it at least...but I found a ton of sources to use in my posts that I need to read...it took me all day but I have them for nearly everything. I then got onto my workout...today was Piyo - Upper body...I really failed today..at least I feel like it because of my eating yesterday I was just not strong enough to do the tricep pushups on my feet...my back hurt too much and I struggled...I burned a total of 115 calories which really sucks... Marc came home and did his workout...struggled a bit but I swear I love watching him do the pull-ups here by the table...Im so proud of him...he's come so far with P90x3 ...it makes me all hot and bothered to see his muscles pop and
