Piyo Challenge - Day 31


As promised, I said I would put my results on here. Top is now, bottom was the beginning. Now,my bottom photo I was wearing my padded sports bra... I will redo photos hopefully tomorrow. haha. 


Today again 10:30am...not happy about it because I had tons of homework to do...so I got started with some coffee, a banana and some yogurt...of course...Shadow had some! 


Quickly  got started and even though it took me all day to do one post...It was organizing sources (15) to write a 20 page paper and writing a post on top of writing my outline for my final 20 page paper minimum. I got it done and feel really good about it...just have to start pulling together the information over the next 5 weeks. yay! 



I did have a decent quick lunch. Not the best thing I have been doing before the 3 Day Refresh but I wanted quicker and what I already had ready. It was good. Also had a few pita chips and hummus. nom nom. Healthy fat!

Had my Shakeology today! So thankful i was able to get it in even when I had so much homework...Usually when its that busy this week I have missed it...I NEVER MISS IT! I feel so much better!

After I completed my work for the day..2 posts down...2 to go...but I have all the info so should be easy day tomorrow. Go grad school! haha I had some fruit...few pieces of mango, pineapple and grapes once more...and tons of water today!



Wrapping up my online class, Marc and I cooked dinner. It was amazing! I steamed some broccoli and cauliflower, we had red bell pepper ranch style beans and stuffed chicken with cubed ham, mushrooms and havarti cheese. OMG So good! TONS OFF WATER!


After dinner and a show I tackled Piyo Core and I am happy with my results...I made it through the last move that usually hurts my back and hard to do the kick pikes...I did them...hardest is side plank..hard on my back when I lower my hips...so I have to be careful. Good thing is, the pain after my workout only lasts a few minutes...the rest of it makes me feel amazing! I will never stop doing PiYo! I can touch my tummy now and there's only a little squish...its hard as hell and I am super happy about that! Woot! So, happy!
