PiYo Challenge - Day 22





Man, I can't believe that I am almost mid way through Piyo. Its crazy...and some of it has not gotten easier. I will say that though its short workouts they aren't easy and some parts are pretty hard...For me who can do some serious workouts...that is a lot...but then again I have been falling short on my water intake...plus I forgot that I needed to be taking my Vitamins with ibuprofen...so I am pretty sure today an iron deficiency aka anemia was settling in....i was weak, serious headaches, I've had a metallic taste in my mouth...I was dizzy and just not feeling well. But I figured it may be iron...so I took my vitamins and after hours of feeling crappy...I perked back up.


I had so much homework to do its beyond crazy!!! But I ended up getting the 87 pages read for one class, taken notes, chose a subject for my paper and did online class (why I have no idea...its twice a week...helpful but the point of an online class was not to spend 4 hours listening to people in class laugh and chat...hello, get to the point already!!) which it's fun and all but I don't have that kind of time. ---- This is one of my homework partners...


Today I woke up a little late...suppose it was from being up late last night...and not able to sleep then not wanting to wake up because I didn't feel well. But I got up, made coffee, and had some hard boiled eggs.

Got to work on my homework and then made a salad using my 21 Day Fix cups...I cant believe what you can get in those containers...I got full and I swear my salad was smaller than normal...less lettuce and more protein...who does that the other way around...well, me! haha...


Oh and I had fruit...plus saw my goofy little niece, Madelyn (Maddie...I gave all the kids their nicknames)...shes silly...asked my sister if her mustache tickled when they kissed...cause her daddy's did...shes the same kid that calls my sister her servant. lol



I had my shakeology of course...and it was gone in a second...but again I wasnt feeling good and my shake usually helps me...so I knew something was wrong.


Now on to feeling worse...but later after doing my homework and sittin in online class, Marc made the baked tilapia with mushroom, tomato and cilantro topping...we had broccoli and I had some brown rice....very filling and only 400 calories..yep! 50g of protein too...tilapia packs a big punch.


I am curious...does anyone else have problems balancing at times...I do pretty awesome with what I was born with but I have to admit...my last two toes...barely ever touch the floor...its interesting to say the least...and feet arent great...I hate feet...hard to get a good angle..lol. They are horrible...Marc says they are LITTLE TOES! It excites him cause they are so little but he hates feet too. lol


After...we watched Master Chef and I decided to get up and get my workout in no matter how late it was because I was feeling better...and I just cant add an extra workout in this week on other days...



so, I got it done...finished up at 11:30 and drinking a ton of water before I shower and hit the bed...Im tired..my body is exhausted...time to let it heal its self. Goodnight!
