PiYo Challenge - Day13

Today started off great. Had my vegan shakeology and soon after I got started on my workout. I must say, the last few days my water intake has not been on target as I'd like it too be and I can tell a huge difference in my workout for sure.

I had Piyo - Sweat today and I'm getting better but sill I missed a burpee...just one. My legs were on fire!!! But I loved it and burn 430 calories...well worth it.

My back has been feeling much better today. I'm telling you, it's piyo!!! This program is amazing. I can believe how great I feel after but I wish I was doing even more.

As for lunch...well, before I had lunch I saw a good hack online on how to peel an egg without peeling it...Pour in an inch if water in a Tupperware dish and shake it. Wala it works but you need to crack the egg a bit before...it helps.

So, obviously you can tell I had two eggs...and then made this wonderful salad with 2oz of left over ground turkey. Who says you can't eat healthy and still get full. I mean is a huge salad.

We decided to do flex Friday today even though it's Saturday because I had yesterday off.
Then we went to get my phone....again, lies..but we ended up going to pets mart for some ball covers for the kitties do they don't tear up Marc couch. They aren't scratching it but when they jump on it...it upsets him and I'd rather not feel that anxiety of something they ruined. Punkin already put a hole in the leather dining room chair...oops. As far as my phone go...was a no go...

We rented Lone Survivor and I have to say I really was on my edge of my seat and anxious that while time. I can't believe what that guy, Marcus Littrell, went through. If I was him I would move the dude that saved my life right beside me too. What am amazing story!!! Exceptional movie!! We were inspired so we watched Black Hawk Down too. It's amazing to see what or men go through for us. To save other countries lives and fight for theirs. I have so much respect for the military.

Anyway, before that I made lemon peppered chicken for dinner with two bottles chicken breasts, little vegetable oil, cooked with a can of water chestnuts..My fav!!, red, Orange, and yellow bell peppers..one of each and the leaves from the bok choy I made the other night. All with a cup of couscous..split between us. Was really good. I don't usually use bok choy in this or couscous...I was worried it wouldn't turn out great. It was amazing too.

Anyhow, two glasses of wine did me over and I'm ready for bed. Goodnight moon.
