Insanity Asylum - Round 2 Results



I have done Asylum before in the past but life just kept me from completing it so it's really been my go-to workout. I love it and it makes me stronger each time. I do have to modify due to my back at times but it pushes me and I love it just the same! I again, didn't really take good before photos but you can see I was much squishier then than I am now. I tightened for sure. It sure makes a huge difference!!!



This time around I was killin it however, about to move, and things getting in the way the last week kept me from Killin it the last week which I am sure kept my results from being on target as well as my eating not being by the book as they should have been. So, my goal..next program...PIYO...I will follow the eating plan...see what this does for me. Im stoked...But I have to say...without making my Shakeology bars and having my pb2 I wouldnt have had the fuel to get through it. Eat clean! Next up after PiYo is Asylum 2!


Note: Vertical Plyo was not done due to jumping and my back not handling it. Instead Body Beast schedule was followed on those days and 21 Day Fix was added in on those days as well. The result, Beast kept me strong while 21 Day Fix gave me the lean look I wanted without killing my back on those days. Great idea to mix it up! Still dug deep on the rest...and Yes, I did OVERTIME!




So, my before and after photos are to come...but a program that was suppose to take me a month to do took me almost a month and a half due to having to take more days off than I planned BUT I made progress and that is all that mattered. I do know that I needed to eat more. The last two weeks were really hard on me. I was weak and living on my Shakeology cause Im about to move...so, not having my fuel I know kept me from losing more weight. I am glad my body fat %age went down though! woot!

I also measure extra spots. Total lost this round 4", 4lbs, 0.7% body fat
