PiYo Challenge - Day 18
Woke up late today about 10...I just couldn't sleep last night due to someone stealing the covers. It's been a long day. I did get up and go check my mail at my old house but my packages are of course gone...that was fun. Before I left I had some coffee and a Kind Bar.
Once I got back I kept trying to work on my homework but nothing was coming through my head to get it done....So, I had lunch...some sea salt pita chips and a turkey burger with avocado and onion on a sandwich round...needs the protein!!! lol
Later, I made a smoothie that didnt turn out like I planned...boo....was mango, pineapple, OJ and half a scoop of vanilla Shakeology with half a scoop of 100% Whey Protein. It was too sweet and I only drank half of it.
After my non-drank smoothie I did Piyo - Upper Body & Lower Body. It was a good workout...double day...After I showered and then tried again so desperately to do my homework but nothing was happening again in my brain. I did however find Marc sleeping funny on the couch...poor honey was tired.
For dinner we had 2 baked lemon peppered tilapias each, 1/2 cup off couscous with half a tsp of light butter, steamed broccoli, and I cooked 2 roma tomatoes with onions and mushrooms in some worcetershire (that is the hardest word to spell) sauce as a topping...yum! each fish packs 20g of protein! Hell yes!
