Piyo Challenge - Day 4

Well now..It's been a simple day. It started off late because I obviously had a late night due to school but it was a good day. By the time I got up I got a text from Marc asking me to choose the pit cause it was suppose to start raining. Oops. It already did. It was 11. Good thing he's a sweet heart and wasn't mad.

Breakfast snack was a Kind bar. Salt and dark chocolate I think. I'm blogging from phone because i nearly forgot today....so it's the photo...It was good. I enjoyed it and some juice. Later I had two hard boiled eggs. Which gives me gas really bad. Pretty sure it's the yolks. Think I cut that out and just go with the egg whites but I need the protein. Hmmm. I'll have to think on that.




After that I talked Piyo Sweat today which I adored. I couldn't believe it!!! This workout was bad ass!!! I was definitely getting my heart rate up. My polar hrm said 180 at two separate times. Intense it was. Yoda must do! :-) definitely felt the burn amd uncoordinated a bit at first but I caught on quickly. So glad I did. 36 minutes I burned 376 with an after burn going on to 466. I was happy.


On top of things. I weighed myself today and I've lost 5 lbs since my initial weigh in. Sadly...I started at 161 but shark week took me to 169 the first day ugh.. It usually takes me a long time to shed the shark week weight so I'm not sure if it's clean eating, piyo, or what getting me but I'm not bloated and I'm down weight so I'm happy. Currently at 164. We shall see how this pans out. I'm excited! :-)
I had the normal chocolate vegan pb2 shakeology number and later for lunch I had a lovely romaine lettuce, cracked pepper turkey, tomato, onion and lemon salad....nom nom.


I didn't do much today...I needed a break. I tried to get organized as I feel in everywhere...so going on. So much to do and so little time. So I watched tv and spent time with my honey.
For dinner I made baked bread crumbled chicken breast with sweet pair and broccoli. It was so good. And we had or last beer...talked about our meal planning fir next week, changes in food or if we want to with the same things etc. It's really all about team work. He's like me. We could eat the same things every day...but we to change it up too.



 Variety is good. Btw, found out..Punkin like sweet potatoes. Who knew?!


Oh and we checked out The Rocks page on becoming Hercules. That shit is crazy what he has to eat. Oh dear God. 12000 calories a day. Oh my!!
